Submit RFQ for Data Center Accessories

This is the China sourcing RFQ form for AI infrastructure accessories. Request a quote for GPU rack accessories, send a PDU RFQ, upload a cabling list for quote, or attach a complete mixed BoM — one form covers all of it. Our sourcing engineers reply with a structured quote on accessories lines within 24–48 hours.

What You Can Request

We quote the accessories around your racks — not the compute inside them. Typical RFQ lines include:

  • Rack power: PDUs (basic / metered / switched), C13 power cords, C19 power cords
  • Cabling: fiber patch cords, DAC cables, AOC cables, Cat6/Cat6a patch cords, cable managers
  • Rack hardware: server rails, blanking panels, shelves, cage nuts
  • Monitoring: temperature and humidity sensors, leak detection accessories
  • Tools and consumables for deployment and maintenance

Out of scope: GPUs and AI accelerators, servers, and complete cooling systems. If those are on your list, we will quote the accessories lines and mark the rest as excluded.

Required Fields

Every RFQ needs your name and a work email. Beyond that, the form adapts to the request type you select — a PDU RFQ asks for rack count, voltage, phase, plug type, and C13/C19 outlet quantities; a cabling RFQ asks for cable specs, connector type, length, and quantity; a mixed BoM request asks for the BoM scope, SKU count, and target country.

The more of the optional fields you fill — company, country, WhatsApp, certification requirement, MOQ, lead time — the firmer the first quote. If you are unsure what a complete request looks like, the checklists linked below show worked examples.

Upload Files or BoM

Attach up to 10 files — XLSX, CSV, PDF, or photos — directly in the form. A spreadsheet BoM with rack count, voltage, plug type, cable lengths, target country, certification requirement, and target lead time is the fastest path to a complete quote. Site photos and panel drawings help our engineers sanity-check power and cabling assumptions.

What Happens Next

  • A sourcing engineer reviews your RFQ and confirms receipt — usually the same business day.
  • We flag inconsistencies (voltage vs destination country, DAC length limits, missing C13/C19 split) before quoting.
  • Suppliers are matched per category: PDU, power cords, fiber patch cords, DAC and AOC cables, rails, blanking panels, sensors, leak detection.
  • Within 24–48 hours you receive an itemized quote on accessories lines with price, MOQ, and lead time per SKU.
  • On request: real product photos, videos, sample kits, and pre-shipment checking before dispatch.

Alternative Checklists

Sending a single-category RFQ? These checklists list every required and optional field — including supplier matching and pre-shipment checking options like real product photos, product videos, packing lists, and certificate checks — so the quote comes back firm on the first pass.
